This book had my emotions going all over the place. I felt for both people! Some people like the big city and others like the small town where everybody not only knows your name but also your thoughts....or so it seems! This book has us finding out what love and choices really matter and if love is strong enough.
Ms Andre always leaves me feel so much better at the end of the book than when I started reading her books. You hit another one out of the ballpark and another great series!!

I am addicted to the characters and the town. Emotional second chance romance.

I can't think of a better title for this story/first in the series. This book was amazing, but if "the best is yet to come" just think how fantastic the next book will be. Summer Lake here I come!!!!!!

If you have read Now That I've Found You, and if not boy are you missing out, then you are familiar with the small town of Summer Lake in the Adirondacks. Squeee!! We get to go back to the quaint little town and visit with all of the amazing people.

Do you remember Calvin, the mayor??? Mega hunk is the hero in this story. We get to deal with his tragic past along with him. We get to cry for him. We get to cheer him on. That man has an inner strength that had my heart pounding and my emotions rolling all over the place. He gets a second chance with the love of his life, Sarah.

Sarah is back home to honor her father, but she has ulterior motives. The reasons put her and us on an emotional roller coast, a wild ride that continuing throughout the story. Sarah is so lost. Thankfully she had her grandmother to guide her. And poor Calvin is stuck in the middle.

I never realized how great emotional overload could be within a book. Calvin and Sarah made mistakes ten years ago. It will take determination and a strong desire to move past their fears.I

Truly loved Calvin and Sarah

Bella Andre did it again! I don't even know where to start because I loved absolutely everything about this story. Calvin is just swoon worthy and made of all the stuff women dream of. The love and devotion he shows in raising his little sister is amazing and that carries over into everything he does. The angst Sarah shows throughout the story is something many people can relate to and is so easy to imagine. This new series is truly amazing and I can't wait for the next one to come out.

I liked it so much I helped write the 2nd and 3rd editions

SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence is a brand new 2010 title from SAP Press, who kindly sent me a review copy. According to its back cover, the book will "provide you with a comprehensive functional overview of SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence, as well as actionable, step-by-step content to help you quickly begin creating, analyzing, an sharing enterprise reports." Authors Jim Brogden, Heather Sinkwitz and Mac Holden have created a comprehensive, hard-cover 574-page guide to SAP BusinessObjects' query and analysis tool.

A majority of the book is devoted to Web Intelligence report design and is topically well-organized. There is also significant coverage of universe design and the Web Intelligence SDK, topics that traditionally have different (predominantly IT) audiences. The Web Intelligence SDK is covered neatly at the end of the book. However, universe design topics appear at several places throughout the book. My personal preference is that a book for Web Intelligence users should focus on the user experience and, to quote the Wizard of Oz, "pay no attention to that man behind the curtain". That man (or woman) is the universe designer, frequently an IT professional. That said, I really appreciated the discussion in Section 2.1.1, "Design with the Business User in Mind". Technical challenges aside, most universe designers violate this basic rule, resulting in a universe that is not easily adopted by business users.

This book is comprehensive, giving coverage to advanced features like report bursting via Publications, related tools like Live Office, linking multiple report documents, and new features introduced in Web Intelligence XI 3.1 SP2. Business users who are new to SAP BusinessObjects tools will benefit greatly from the book's methodical coverage of Web Intelligence. Traditional SAP users, in particular, should embrace this book readily, as Web Intelligence is replacing older SAP BI tools in the product portfolio.

So few options this one hits the spot

We had some training on WebI reports but the books for that were foils and just labs but nothing you can reference. Google works great for searching, but often times you need a book to look at. This book has it covered. We're using 3.1 and this seems to have what we're looking for. I've passed it around the team a few times and it's come in handy for helping solve some of our issues.

Highly recommend having one if you're doing WebI reporting.

Dr. Dawson sets the standard for "predictable" dentistry

Dr. Dawson's text sets the standard for predictably understanding cause and effect relationship. Predictable, excellent dentistry requires a "global" view of cause and effect. For years, dentists have been taught to diagnose and treat symptoms. The majority of our teaching has been without respect to the temporomandibular joints. The TMJ's form a critical "pivotal" point for understanding occlusion, form and function.

Dr. Dawson's work allows the reader to clearly understand WHY certain things occur. An understanding of the "why" allows the reader to move beyond simple repairative restorative dentistry --- to the point of being able to offer excellent, optimal long term stable dental care.
Our patients are the final benefactors. Be prepared to read and reread, as this text does not flow like a best-selling novel. Instead, work one chapter at a time, as you uncover the mystery of form and function.

A layered mystery to keep you on your toes!

This was a layered murder mystery that takes you through an unexpected adventure. Jesse Flanagan is the main character in the main story of this book, but the cast is much larger and spans decades. The only way to understand the present, is to know what was in the past.

Jesse Flanagan is an antique dealer who revels in finding those rare antiquities that most don't realize are worth tons of money. Upon finding a rare desk with a hidden leather dispatch in it and taking it to his old friend who finds buyers for this stuff, this act alone throws him into a fast paced adventure, running from people who want to kill him for what he has. But what does he have? Why is it worth his life and the lives of those around him?

I love how what could've been a soft, frail man (Jesse) turned out to be one tough, witty fighter. Jesse hides from his pursuers in the most genius ways and finds he can only trust one person, the detective hot on his trail who's more than she seems.

As pointed out before, this story includes the stories of many lives touched by this one dispatch parchment and how it affected each life before landing in Jesse's hands. A very unique way to tell a murder mystery which keeps a reader on their toes and guessing what sort of shenanigans Jesse can find himself in before it all comes to a head.

Really fun mystery to read with unique storytelling.

Enchanting romance sure to sweep you off your feet

Cleverly written. Author displays witty humor and enchanting romance novels. I look forward to the next book sure to keep me up all night but definitely worth it. Especially favored book one in this series but find that this should have been book 1 so if you haven't book 1 read this one first. No spoiler alert. Believe the author just backtracked and decided to indulge us with the tail of how this couple came to be. If the author is reading this I would love to find out what happens to Anna and also if Jack comes back and stirs up any trouble or perhaps this beast can be tamed by a certain maiden???

If you love Dragon stories, you must read this...

I love pretty much all dragon stories and this one delivered! I loved the premise and just the thought of seeing dragons flying in the sky would be cool. The conflict in the story kept my interest and I could not wait to see the outcome. I enjoyed the writing style and the descriptions. Can't wait for the next book.

Re-reading and sorting the almost 150 articles reminded me of how much good thinking is available on subjects close to my heart: group facilitation, decision-making, leadership, consensus, participatory processes. The intention is to share these ideas and experiences in both English and Spanish in an orderly, easy to use format so that the information can continue to inspire and support others on the path of facilitating positive change in the world.

Many of the authors are personal friends and colleagues, but some were strangers whose work I admired. From Australia to Germany, Canada to Uruguay, all generously agreed to give IIFAC permission to re-print their material in the original online format and again for this new edition. They provided photos, updated biographies and were patient as other work delayed completion of the Bonfire Collection.

Around the globe our tribe is at work. We can be identified by our passion for Process Design (even if we do not always call it that). We are the "how" people, the ones who focus on how to

He is the author or editor of more than 40 technical books, including The DTV Handbook, The Standard Handbook of Video and Television Engineering, The Standard Handbook of Audio and Radio Engineering, and Communications Receivers. Mr. Whitaker is a Fellow of the Society of Broadcast Engineers.

Eye candy for engineers.

Wow, this handbook came as a pleasant surprise. This 2016 first edition of the SBE Broadcast Engineering Handbook is pretty impressive; it fulfills its claimed purpose of a "hands on guide" for broadcast station design and maintenance. The contributing authors read like a Who's Who in the broadcast engineering field, and the editor-in-chief is Jerry Whitaker, VP of Standards Development for the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC), former SBE President, SBE Fellow, and author of more than thirty books on technical topics.

The SBE Broadcast Engineering Handbook contains cutting edge information on virtually every aspect of broadcast station design and operations, both radio and TV, including the now proposed ATSC 3.0. My favorite chapter was Chapter 5.11 on electronic news gathering (ENG) systems using cellular frequencies (aka bonded ENG), as opposed to Broadcast Auxiliary Service (BAS) frequencies. I forgive the author of that chapter for his dig about "dated" point-to-point microwave technology, because for truly major news events (e.g., Katrina, or out here in California, earthquakes), you had better not be relying on the continued availability of terrestrial commercial mobile radio service (CMRS) phones; only Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) handsets and BAS gear at hardened broadcast sites are likely to still be working during such scenarios.

But I digress. Like the NAB Engineering Handbook, all of the figures are black & white. However, the most recent edition of the NAB Engineering Handbook is the tenth edition dating from 2007, whereas the SBE Broadcast Engineering Handbook has the advantage of addressing advances in broadcast engineering in the succeeding nine years. So, while NAB is working on an updated 11th edition of its engineering handbook, that update is still a year away.

Other contrasts are the size and weight: The NAB Engineering Handbook is 8 1/2 x 11 inches, over 2,000 pages, and weighs more than ten pounds; the SBE Broadcast Engineering handbook is a more compact 7 x 9 inches, 912 pages, and weighs 3.5 pounds. So the SBE handbook is a lot easier to pull out for reference than the big daddy NAB handbook.

I expect that the 2016 SBE Broadcast Engineering Handbook will turn out to compliment rather than compete with the in-the-works 11th edition of the NAB Engineering Handbook, and so can recommend adding the SBE Broadcast Engineering handbook to your technical library now, especially if you're in the engineering side of broadcasting.

Hebrew is easy read.

I appreciated how the Hebrew is an easy read. I am a casual Hebrew reader and I find it difficult to read Hebrew without the nikkud. Unlike most, this version has the nikkud and it makes all the difference.

Great for Hebrew students

Watching my pennies but wanted at the very least The Torah with both Hebrew and English (parallel columns) I got it, no extra study guides or anything but it is broken up into Torah Portions (pretty much alien from a Baptist perspective) The truth as to what the Lord told his people (my ancestors) not reconstructed to fit the Catholic or Protestant view on things. would give another 3/4 of a star if I could the only fraction deducted due to the (Hebrew) print needing to be a tad bigger with more room for note taking. Cheap enough that I don't feel too guilty for writing on the pages as I try to decipher the Hebrew words (suffixes and prefixes etc.) but solid enough to make me look forward to buying a quality Chumash or TaNaCH in the future. Recommends for others also beginning to study Hebrew to supplement the Learn Hebrew text books and workbooks, who would like to see that language at work (or why else would we even be studying).
